Exploring user experience of learning management system

Purpose This paper aims to explore the perspectives of university students on learning management system (LMS) and determine factors that influence user experience outcomes e-learning. Design/methodology/approach employs a mixed-method approach. For qualitative data, 20 semi-structure interviews were conducted. Moreover, for quantitative short survey was developed distributed among potential respondents. Findings The results showed students, particularly in programs where courses are mainly offered online, dependent such platforms. use modular object-oriented dynamic environment (Moodle) as an application LMS rated positively, e-learning considered effective sustainable solution current conditions.
